Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Hexon platform. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Hexon.

1. About Hexon

Hexon is operated by Hexon Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our platform connects fitness, wellbeing, and martial arts creators with members who want to follow their content, attend live sessions, and track their progress.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Hexon account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hexon.me if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Hexon offers free accounts and paid creator subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period except as required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to Hexon. By publishing content, creators grant Hexon a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and deliver that content to members on the platform.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws, does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and meets Hexon's content standards. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Hexon to:

• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our service.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and platform design elements (“Hexon IP”) are the property of Hexon Ltd. You may not use Hexon IP without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your right to access Hexon ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of Hexon after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Hexon are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
